We run your payroll so you don’t have to.  All you need to do is let us have your staff’s hours, via a dedicated payroll portal, and we do the rest.

Our payroll services include preparation of payslips, P45s and P60s;  submission of the Real Time Information (RTI) to HMRC; compliance with pension regulations and advising you on the deductions needed to be paid to HMRC.

In addition, we can handle your CIS duties, whether this is filing CIS deductions suffered, or CIS deducted, producing payment and deduction statements to email on to your subcontractors.  As part of the CIS service, we can verify new subcontractors ensuring the correct rates are used.

As part of our monthly fee, staff (and you) have access to their payslips via our partner portal with BrightPay Connect.  Staff are able to use this to update their personal details, as well as offering them the ability to request holidays.  You can approve (or decline) these holiday requests, and are able to see a calendar of all staff absences.
